This present book is a result of three years research work which includes one year daily sampling from different locations and also seasonal sampling from the entire Upper Ganga Basin. The book presents current research trend in hydro-geochemical study of Alaknanda and Bhagirathi Rivers, two major tributaries of Ganga, Indian Himalayan Rivers.
