Town Proper III continues the story that began in Town Proper and then continued in Town Proper II, a story about a small town that is anything but sleepy and quaint and above all, proper. Many of the leading citizens are corrupt, greedy, power seeking who hide behind their positions of wholesome propriety. They test more than the bricks and mortar of the town.
