This book examines the Motivational and job satisfaction needs of Public Secondary Teachers teaching Religious Education in Migori District, Kenya. The book describes the extent to what the following variables; the school type, gender, professional qualifications and age influence the motivational needs of Secondary School Religious Education teachers.
