Zum präferentiellen Anvisieren von AML Leukämie Stammzellen wurden zwei single-chain triplebodies konstruiert und charakterisiert, welche gegen die Antigene CD33, CD123 und CD16 gerichtet sind. Beide Moleküle vermitteln potente dosis- und antigenabhängige ADCC von AML-Zellen und stellen attraktive Kandidaten für die klinische Weiterentwicklung dar. Vor allem der sctb 123x16x33 besitzt das Potential AML-LSZ präferentiell an zu visieren.
