Doch was genau macht diesen unscheinbaren Film so besonders und wieso wird er als europäisches Kino gefeiert, wo er doch ein scheinbar speziell türkisches Problem aufarbeitet? Die vorliegende Arbeit setzt den Film in einen gesellschaftspolitischen und filmhistorischen Zusammenhang, wobei das Hauptaugenmerk auf der Analyse und Interpretation der stilisierenden Merkmale liegt.
