Bachelorarbeit aus dem Jahr 2014 im Fachbereich Medizin - Pathologie, Note: 1,3, Medizinische Hochschule Hannover (Zentrum Pathologie, Forensik und Genetik), Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: In dieser Bachelorarbeit wurden verschiedene Genetische Marker für hämatologische Krebserkrankungen (z.B. MyD88, U2AF1, Jak2), mithilfe derer Aussagen über die Diagnose bzw. Prognose einer Krebserkrankungen machen können, eingesetzt, um die Methode der Pyrosequenzierung auf ihre Grenzen hin zu testen. Es wurden verschiedene Ansätze (Plasmide, Patienten-DNA, etc.) gewählt, bei denen Verdünnungsreihen mittels Pyrosequenzierung analysiert wurden. Somit wurde letztendlich getestet, wie wenig mutierte Allele in einer Patientenprobe vorhanden sein dürfen, damit die Methode die Mutation noch zuverlässig detektiert.
