Onkogene deltaTAp73-Isoformen werden im Zusammenhang mit Entstehung und Aufrechterhaltung menschlicher Tumoren assoziiert. Deshalb stellt die spezifische Hemmung dieser N-terminalen Isoformen eine potentielle Therapiestrategie dar. Um die Spleißvarianten effizient und selektiv auszuknocken, bieten sich verschiedene Möglichkeiten an: (1) Überexpression von RNA-Antisense- Oligonukleotiden in stabil transfizierten Zelllinien (2) Transfektion von DNA-Antisense- Oligonukleotiden In der vorliegenden Arbeit wurden beide Ansätze parallel verfolgt und evaluiert.
