In 1923 Charles and Margaret Mackintosh escaped Britain for France. "Charles Rennie Mackintosh in Rousillon" is the only book available on Mackintosh's years in France. With reproductions of 40 of his French paintings alongside photographs of the actual locations today, and images from the period 1923-1927, this is a comprehensive and pictorial account.
