Christoph Thiesen untersucht, ob und inwieweit die Lageberichterstattung über den Bereich Pharmaforschung und -entwicklung in der Praxis normenkonform erfolgt und das Potenzial des Rechnungslegungsinstruments ausschöpft. Dazu formuliert der Autor einen konkreten theoretischen Anspruch an Form und Inhalt des Lageberichts und analysiert darauf aufbauend die Berichterstattungspraxis.
