How To Describe My Feelings

KINDERWISE is a live touring stage production that features SPARKELINA (a beautiful doll), BUSYBEE (a giant bumble bee), and SOPHIE (a pink elephant). Kinderwise is the brainchild of a husband and wife team based in Southern California. They noticed that much of what they taught their child could be described as the How-To's of Life! They wanted to present these subjects in a way that children would remember. With extensive input from childcare professionals, teachers, and children, the EQ (emotional intelligence) book series "The HOW-TO's of Life" was born. "How to Describe My Feelings" is an easy-to-use tool that uses Kinderwise characters to display common emotions that children feel and encounter. Children will learn to label their feelings as well as be able to recognize them in others and act accordingly. Introducing cause and effect will reinforce your child's understanding of how their actions can affect others emotionally. This helps with the development of empathy which is crucial to the establishment of healthy relationships. This book can be used just for fun or as a teaching tool in a classroom setting, therapy group, or home.
