Im Rahmen dieser Diplomarbeit werden Datenschutzrollen für das Audit Information System im SAP ERP entwickelt. Diese Rollen sollen dem Datenschutzbeauftragten (DSB) hauptsächlich die Überwachung ordnungsgemäßer Programmanwendung in einem SAP ERP-System ermöglichen. Der DSB muss das SAP-System auf seine Datenschutzkonformität prüfen und somit insbesondere die Systemeinstellungen, die Speicherung personenbezogener Daten oder das Berechtigungskonzept kontrollieren. Hierzu dient das Audit Information System, welches mit dem SAP ERP ausgeliefert wird. Gegenstand dieser Diplomarbeit ist die Analyse der Standardrollen des Audit Information System (AIS) auf Basis der gesetzlichen Anforderungen aus dem Bundesdatenschutzgesetz, Solvency II und weiteren Richtlinien. Auf dieser Grundlage werden neue AIS-Rollen konzipiert, die dem betrieblichen Datenschutzbeauftragten eine vollständige Prüfung des SAP ERP-Systems mit reinem Lesezugang erlauben. Es werden Hinweise zur Vergabe bzw. Ausprägung der Rollen erteilt.
