Temperate broadleaved tree species, i.e. Acer platanoides , Carpinus betulus , Fagus sylvatica , Fraxinus excelsior , Prunus avium , Quercus robur and Q. petraea , Ulmus glabra and Tilia cordata , cover a total area of 200 000 ha of forest land in southern Sweden.
