Konnexität einer Klage mit einer anderen hat bisher sowohl im deutschen als auch im europäischen Zivilprozeßrecht nur selten zur Einführung einer Zuständigkeit aus dem Sachzusammenhang geführt. Die Autorin untersucht, ob ein Bedürfnis dafür besteht, Konnexität als Grundlage für einen Gerichtsstand in weiterem Umfang anzuerkennen. Sie kommt zu dem Ergebnis, daß ein Bedürfnis für einen Gerichtsstand des Sachzusammenhangs nur in bestimmten Fallgruppen besteht.
