Set in Rockhampton, Central Queensland, Australia. Carolyn would like to introduce you to Tarmin Elizabeth Blain and Zachery Llewelyn Coghlan - the two main characters in this particular story. Tarmin meets Zac when she becomes his neighbour. At first she sees him as an interfering menace, one who can't seem to stay on his side of the fence line.
