During the past years considerable evidence also accumulate to demonstrate the efficacy of 1,3,4-oxadiazoles including anti-malarial, anti-bacterial, anti-inflammatory and other biological activities. Analysis of spectral data of all the compounds revealed the successful formation of Different derivatives derived from 2,5-disubstituted-1,3,4-oxadiazoles and antibacterial and anti-inflammatory activities were evaluated.
